Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal for EAGLWEAR

Return Policy

For customers in the European Union (EU): Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason. This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products unless there is a manufacturing defect or another material issue.

Conditions for Returns

Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns. Exceptions apply only in rare cases—for example, if the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can work together to find a solution.

Refunds

If a return is approved as an exception, the purchase price will be refunded. Refunds are processed within 14 days of confirming the return. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

EU customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Products made to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs (personalized items) are excluded from this right. If there is a manufacturing defect or another material issue, you have the right to withdraw from the order and request a refund.
