Processing Time
All orders are processed after successful payment. Production processing time is typically 1–2 business days, depending on the product. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Switzerland: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–12 business days
